“I enjoy working with students to develop effective study skills while encouraging each to begin taking on more responsibility for his/her learning and success. Fostering an environment optimal for these learning opportunities and personal growth brings joy to my heart. Seeing the students grow as disciples of Christ with strength and courage to move forward and strive for their best is very rewarding.”
Lisa Sansbury has been grateful to have a Catholic community supporting her family's spiritual growth. As a working parent, the domestic church (home) has been a place of emphasis for Lisa and her own family. “Christ the Redeemer has an amazing team of teachers and parent support that cannot be matched,” she said. She enjoys her supportive role of working with each family to provide a meaningful education focused on student success. Lisa believes in the importance of hands-on learning and differentiated instruction to provide each student with an education that meets their needs.
Lisa is from Marietta, Ga. She received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University in 2004. Upon moving to Texas in 2006, finding a Catholic community was a priority for her family. She has been a parishioner at Christ the Redeemersince 2007. Her husband, Trent, completed the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program in 2009.
Lisa lives in Cypress with Trent and her two sons, Hudson and Nathan, who both attend CtRCS. She enjoys spending time with her family making memories, being outdoors, quilting and reading.
