Meets will be held at locations as announced by the league.
Athletes unavailable for the Qualifying Meet cannot advance to the Championship Meet. The qualifying meet is the only mandatory meet; unless an athlete qualifies for the Championship Meet (Top 8 league wide in any event).
Participation in all other regular season meets are strongly encouraged to improve seed times and lane assignment/field event position. The more an athlete runs, jumps, throws in competition, the better they run, jump, throw in competition.

Select/club athletes (soccer, baseball etc...) are welcome to join the team! We will work around your select team game and practice schedule. Athletes are allowed to attend the meet for their given events and then can leave. See below for mandatory date(s).
Participating in middle school track and field promotes healthy competition, mental fortitude, and encourages young athletes to improve their running, throwing, and jumping ability while promoting teamwork. Track training is one of the most effective ways to increase cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and endurance.
